Top Navigation and Maps Apps Performance in Czech Republic Q2 2025

In the second quarter of 2025, the navigation and maps app sector in the Czech Republic saw notable trends across the top five applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varying patterns in downloads, active users, and revenue on a unified platform.

Mapy.com: Bike & Hiking Trails from Seznam.cz a.s. showed a consistent increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $35K by the end of June. The app's downloads followed a similar upward trajectory, reaching about 12K in the final week. Active users experienced growth, climbing from 2M to 2.3M over the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a steady download rate, ending the quarter with around 9.3K weekly downloads. Active user numbers fluctuated but concluded with an increase to approximately 934K.

Google Maps experienced a gradual rise in downloads, culminating at about 8.2K weekly downloads by the end of June. Active users consistently increased, reaching over 4.1M.

Yandex Maps & Navigator saw a steady growth in downloads, peaking at about 4.8K in mid-June. Active users increased from 456 to approximately 3.9K.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps also followed an upward trend in downloads, with numbers rising to around 3.6K towards the end of the quarter. Active users grew from 447 to about 3.8K.
